A complex nose dominated by pineapple, guava on one hand and chalk, flint on the other revealing the minerality of this wine with a touch of lemon peel and lime. This has a superb mouth feeling and richness.

Displaying all the characteristics of a Chablis wine – acidic backbone balanced with flinty mineral notes and hints of apricot or peachy fruit.

Toasty, rich and concentrated with nuances of honey and brioche – kept fresh by lively citrus fruit and keen minerality. The palate of this wine shows lovely lifted notes of lemon and zesty citrus peel, with fine new oak characters.

This elegant rose has a light salmon pink colour and gentle floral aromas with hints of nectarine, redcurrant and ‘hard’ pears. Quite full in the mouth without being obviously fruity, which is the classic style of dry roses from Provence. It is aromatic and fresh with subtle acidity and crispness.

Medium depth ruby colour with brick red rim. Open, spicy nose with aromas of ripe red fruit and well integrated oak. Medium bodied with good balance of fresh berry fruit and the complex leather and spicy oak characters.

One of the finest red wines of the Loire Valley. Subtly oaky with notes of morello cherry, it is a very full wine. Pleasantly astringent with tannins from grapes and maturation in oak.

Delicate plum and cherry aromas, with a hint of cinnamon and clove on the nose. This 2005 vintage reveals pleasant flinty notes. Its roundness in the mouth provokes delicious sensations.
